Born in Oakland, Ca in 1982 and raised on the Mendocino coast, Zoë migrated to the east coast for her undergraduate degree in French and Italian at Vassar College. She continued on to complete a Masters of Arts in Teaching English as a second language in US public schools. After some bicoastal hopping she is back in Brattleboro with her two children and partner running a childcare program out of her home. Her love of language and culture has always included the arts. Making art on and off over the years, she has delved into various mediums. Collagraph prints, collage, painting, drawing and wire sculpture are some of the mediums she has explored so far.
